Reports
Run fleet reports on utilization, mileage, idling, HOS, unassigned driving, certification, DVIRs, fuel, maintenance, alerts and detention, export them and schedule them.
What Reports are for
Reports turns your ELD, vehicle and fleet data into tables and charts you can export as CSV or PDF, print, or have generated automatically every day, week or month.
Open them from the Insights icon in the left rail:
- Reports: the list of reports, grouped by category.
- Report inbox: files generated by scheduled reports.
- Scheduled reports: your report schedules.
Days, weeks and months follow your home terminal time zone, and weeks start on Monday.
Note: Reports is an optional feature (Reports). Some reports also need another feature and are hidden while it is off.

Who can do what
- Owner, Carrier admin and Support (read-only) can run, export and print reports and download files from the inbox.
- Only Owner and Carrier admin can create, change, run or delete schedules and delete inbox files.
Run a report
- Go to Insights > Reports and select a report card.
- Set the filters:
- Range: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This week, Last week, This month, Last month or Custom.
- Vehicles, Drivers and Tags, where the report supports them.
- Group by (Day, Week, Month or Total for the range) and Rows (for example per Vehicle, Driver or Each event).
- Report settings where they apply, such as Minimum idle duration and Fuel burned while idling for idling, or Detention after for detention.
- Read the summary tiles, the chart and the table.
Detailed reports cover up to 92 days; monthly reports up to 13 months. If the range is too long the page says Range too long. A report returns at most 5,000 rows.
Export or print
- Export CSV downloads the table.
- Download PDF downloads a formatted PDF.
- Print / PDF opens your browser's print dialog for the page.
Schedule a report
- Open the report with the filters you want and select Schedule.
- Enter a Name and choose the Frequency:
- Daily covers the previous day.
- Weekly covers the previous Monday to Sunday week; pick the Day of week.
- Monthly covers the previous calendar month; pick the Day of month (1 to 28).
- Set the Time and Time zone of the run.
- Add Email recipients (press Enter or comma after each address) and choose the format, CSV or PDF.
- Keep Active on and select Create schedule.
Every run is stored in the Report inbox for 90 days, whether or not it is emailed.
Note: If email delivery is not set up yet for your account, the schedule dialog says so. The reports are still generated and stored in the Report inbox; download them from there.
Manage schedules and the inbox
- Scheduled reports lists each schedule with Next run, Last run (with Failed or Skipped if a run did not complete), Format, number of Recipients and Active. Use the row icons to Run now, Edit or Delete. Deleting a schedule stops new runs; files already in the inbox are kept until they expire.
- Report inbox lists generated files newest first, with Period, Generated, Format, Status and Delivery. Filter by Schedule, download a file, or delete it for everyone.
