My pay
See your estimated pay for the current period, open approved pay statements, and dispute a line or a whole statement.
My pay shows an estimate of what you have earned so far this pay period and the pay statements your carrier has approved. It is shown in More when your carrier uses driver pay in EZ Logs.
Estimated pay
Open More > My pay. The top card shows THIS PERIOD with:
- Estimated net pay, with the Estimated gross and Deductions;
- Paid miles, and your Driving and On duty time.
Under This period by day you see your driving and on-duty time for each day.
The estimate comes from your logs, miles and loads so far. Your carrier approves the final statement after the period ends, so the final amount can be different.
Pay statements
Under Statements, each statement shows its period, net pay and status (Approved or Paid). Statements appear once your carrier approves them.
Tap a statement to open Pay statement. It shows the Net pay, pay date and reference, the Pay lines (earnings, accessorials, reimbursements, adjustments and deductions), and any NOTE FROM YOUR CARRIER.
Dispute a statement
If something is wrong, you can dispute one line or the whole statement:
- Open the statement.
- Tap Dispute next to the line, or Dispute this statement at the bottom.
- In What is wrong?, explain the problem, for example "The detention on Oct 7 was 3 hours."
- Tap Send dispute.
Your carrier reviews it. Your disputes are listed under Your disputes with their status (Open, Accepted or Not accepted) and your carrier's answer. An accepted correction shows on your next statement.
Disputes also work offline: they show Waiting to send and are sent as soon as you are online.
What if
- "Sign in to see My pay": your pay downloads once you are signed in.
- You are offline: the app shows what was downloaded last time. Statements download once you are online.
